University of California, Santa Barbara is seeking an Executive Director of Business & Financial Planning for Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for a major UCSB division with $220M in operating and $40M in capital reserves, and guides long‑term financial sustainability.
Hybrid on-site role with up to two remote days weekly. Anticipated start January 2027.
