Job description
Oliver James Associates Ltd. partners with a well-established P&C insurer in Jacksonville, FL to appoint a Director of Finance into a strategic, non-traditional role.
You will lead GAAP close, partner with Actuarial on reserve development, develop segment-level P&Ls and own forecasting and 3-year planning.
The role offers direct exposure to the CFO, strong succession potential and a focus on automation, analytics and enterprise-wide collaboration using SQL and Power BI.
