Job description
The Town of Harrisburg, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to serve as the statutory Finance Officer and principal financial advisor. Reporting to the Deputy Town Manager, this role leads an eight-person department and shapes the town’s financial strategy.
The position oversees accounting, financial reporting, utility billing, audits, cash management, debt financing, and the ten-year financial model and CIP valued at $109.0 million. CPA or CLGFO credentials are preferred.
