Job description
Sargent Corporation is seeking a Finance Director to join our Orono, Maine team. This strategic financial leader will oversee mergers and acquisitions, financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and long-range planning to drive growth and capital allocation decisions.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive finance experience, strong M&A and leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data for executives and boards. ESOP and BI experience are valued.
