Job description
WRTP | BIG STEP seeks a Finance Director to lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting for the organization in Milwaukee. You will partner with the COO, Data Analyst Manager, and Regional Directors to align financial planning with program performance and funding requirements.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of nonprofit financial leadership, deep knowledge of GAAP, and experience overseeing grants, contracts, and audits.
