Job description
Hoffman Nursery, Inc. seeks a Director of Finance to lead the financial, accounting, treasury, and planning functions. This hands-on role evolves from detailed accounting to strategic financial leadership in a small-to-mid-sized business environment.
You will supervise a 3–5 person staff, manage monthly close, GAAP reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls while partnering with the CFO/Co-Owner to drive long-term growth and profitability.
