Job description
The Milken Institute in Santa Monica, CA, seeks an Associate Director, Finance to maintain the general ledger, manage month-end close, and support audits. This role collaborates with AP, AR, Payroll, and Finance leadership to ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
The position requires 3–7+ years in accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce. Hybrid work schedule with in-office and remote days, and occasional travel to other Milken locations.
