Job description
The Bachrach Group in Queens, NY seeks a finance professional to own the long-term operating model for a major infrastructure terminal. This role centers on 30-50 year DCF projections and concession-style forecasts across airline and concession agreements, transitioning from advisory work to asset owner accountability.
You will translate contract terms and capital structures into financial outcomes, run scenario analyses, forecast traffic and revenue, and develop investment-grade business cases
