Job description
Shearer's Foods is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial & Procurement Finance. This strategic finance leader will drive profitable growth across a multi-plant North American food manufacturing network. The role involves partnerships with Commercial and Procurement leadership to enhance revenue strategies and cost management.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, along with 12-15+ years of finance experience, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing. This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.
