Job description
Basata — a small, fast‑moving healthcare tech company — seeks a Head of Finance to own FP&A, budgeting, scenario planning, and KPI development as the company scales. You will lead board reporting, investor relations, and diligence prep, partnering across teams to ensure numbers reflect real performance.
You’ll be a strategic, hands‑on finance leader who builds the finance function, guides capital allocation, and communicates clearly with the CEO and board to drive growth and investor readiness.
