Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Head of Finance for the Monarch Platform, based in Santa Clara, CA. You will partner with the Monarch President and senior leaders to shape strategy, own P&L, and drive performance across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain.
You will lead finance managers and analysts, develop talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. The role includes end-to-end financial oversight and strategic financial counsel at a global scale.
