Job description
Boutique Recruiting seeks a VP of Finance to lead strategic finance for a multi-location restaurant operation and real estate portfolio. You will work with ownership and the COO on cash flow forecasting, debt strategy, and capital structure, owning budgeting and long-term planning.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in multi-location finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business guidance while leading a senior finance team.
