Job description
Jobot seeks a high-performing finance leader to partner directly with the President and assume a future CFO-aligned role. The position offers a salary range of $165,000-$240,000 and a pathway to steer budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives across the business.
You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting while collaborating with operations, sales, engineering, and supply chain to drive profitability and scalable processes.
