A leading senior living company is seeking an Operational Finance Manager to enhance financial training across its multi-state communities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and training facilitation. Responsibilities include developing training programs on budgeting and expense control, supporting community directors, and ensuring financial accountability. This role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or related field and proficiency in financial systems. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX and offers a salary range of $100,000 – $160,000.
