Job description
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) by managing the PPBE process and multi-million dollar budgets.
You will monitor commitments, obligations, and expenditures, ensuring burn rates and variance analysis are accurate, and prepare reports and decision-support artifacts for program managers and comptrollers. Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
