Job description
80/20 LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in a hybrid role based in Columbia City, IN. The role focuses on daily/weekly reporting, monthly management packs, variance analysis, and board reporting.
You will own recurring forecasting processes and collaborate with BI to enhance data structures and automation. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong data modeling skills, and the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders.
