Job description
Midwest BankCentre is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. This hands-on leader will build a scalable FP&A function and partner with executives to translate data into clear insights and actions.
A top priority is implementing and evolving the modern FP&A platform as the central planning and reporting system. The role requires banking/finance experience and a continuous-improvement mindset.
