Job description
Republic Services is seeking a Business Unit Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Fort Wayne, IN and Kalamazoo, MI. You will partner with General Managers and leaders to provide decision support and ensure financial rigor across budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
You will drive model development, reporting improvements, and stakeholder engagement to optimize profitability and guide market development projects.
