Job description
SRM is seeking a proactive Recruiter in the Greater Spokane area to own end-to-end recruiting for Development, Construction, and Property Management. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive a high-quality hiring process from intake to onboarding.
You will continuously evaluate SRM’s recruiting processes, candidate experience, and outcomes, while leveraging Paycom ATS and other tools to improve efficiency and impact.
