Job description
Gibson Dunn & Crutcher seeks a Corporate Paralegal – Fund Finance to support high-volume subscription and NAV lending transactions across multiple offices. You will manage closing checklists, organize signature pages, and coordinate KYC/AML for lenders.
The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with fund finance practices. Overtime may be required; proximity to major offices is expected.
