Job description
Women's Recovery Services in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Development Director to build and lead the fundraising function. You will drive donor engagement, craft compelling proposals, and shape a diversified revenue strategy aligned with our mission and community impact.
You will oversee grant management, individual and institutional giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, and special events, collaborating across teams to accelerate growth and ensure sustainable support for programs.
