Job description
The Tennessee Titans are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director, Fundraising & Development to lead the Foundation’s fundraising efforts and donor relationships. This leadership role focuses on major gifts, planned giving, stewardship, and storytelling to advance community initiatives.
You will partner with senior leadership to drive an annual revenue target of about $4 million, manage an events portfolio, and oversee a development team and CRM platforms to deliver measurable impact
