Scale is seeking an Engagement Manager on our Generative AI team in New York. You’ll be the face of Scale to leading AI labs, translating researchers’ needs into human-data programs and guiding delivery with cross-functional partners.
You’ll own end-to-end relationships, advocate for customer success, and drive repeat work through precise, trustworthy follow-through. Strong communication and project-management experience are essential for success in a fast-growth environment.
