Job description
San Francisco Compute is seeking a seasoned General Counsel to lead legal strategy and partner with the founders on dealmaking in a fast-growing compute marketplace.
You’ll draft and negotiate complex agreements, navigate AI sales rules, AML/KYC, GDPR, and data privacy laws, and oversee corporate governance, fundraising, and external counsel. You’ll integrate compliance into product roadmaps and manage risk with decisive judgment.
