Job description
Wilks Brothers, LLC is seeking a seasoned General Counsel to serve as the strategic legal advisor to the holding company and its operating businesses. The role requires partnering with executive leadership on governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance to protect enterprise value.
You will lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, manage outside counsel, and oversee employment and data privacy matters.
