Job description
Henkel seeks an experienced Head Attorney to provide legal guidance across the HCB NA business, Professional Beauty, and procurement functions. Lead a 16-person legal team, work with senior leaders on crises, sustainability, and cross-border matters in a hybrid Stamford, CT setting.
The role requires a US JD, bar licensure, 12–20 years of commercialization law experience, and strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills. Domestic travel up to 10% may be needed.
