RideNow Powersports - Daytona Beach is seeking a high-performing General Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales operations. This role requires strategic leadership to scale performance, improve customer experiences, and drive profitability across the sales cycle.
You will coach a team of sales professionals, implement data-driven strategies, manage inventory and merchandising, oversee CRM and pipeline, and collaborate with Service and Parts to achieve dealership goals.
