Job description
Integral Care in Texas seeks an Associate Director of Individual Giving & Donor Engagement to grow individual giving, sponsorship revenue, and donor retention while advancing long-term philanthropic support.
In partnership with the Director of Resource Development, you will manage donor relationships, conduct solicitations, and drive strategies across midlevel to multi-year giving with a focus on turning engagement into sustained giving.
