Viking is seeking an experienced Director, Commercial Counsel to support global operations and partner with senior executives and stakeholders to structure, advise, and negotiate complex commercial, technology, and strategic agreements.
In this hybrid role, you will lead contract negotiations, modernize Viking’s contracting function with a global CLM platform, and drive process improvements while balancing legal risk with business objectives in a collaborative environment.
