Job description
Senneca Holdings seeks a senior operations and growth leader to unite Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration & Design, and Country Operations into a cohesive executive team. This role oversees multiple manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S.
and shapes strategy to drive organic growth and acquisitions. You will own the P&L, guide long-range plans, and build a high-performing leadership bench while expanding strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
