Job description
AMIkids seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead growth and expand workforce development opportunities through WIOA programs, Job Corps contracts, and DOL initiatives. You will build partnerships with workforce boards, agencies, and employers, guiding strategic proposals and program development.
The role reports to senior leadership and coordinates cross-functional teams to pursue new opportunities and market expansion. A strong track record in securing funding is essential.
