This executive will modernize financial systems, build mid-tier project controls, and design competitive indirect rate structures while ensuring FAR/CAS compliance. The CFO will manage liquidity for large-scale growth, oversee DCAA/DCMA readiness, and position the company for potential M&A activity, while coordinating with the CEO and board on strategic financing
