Job description
Fontainebleau Miami Beach seeks a Director of Group Sales to mentor and develop Group Sales Managers, grow the market share, and maximize profitability of the group segment.
You will work with the Group Sales Team to develop new accounts, manage key accounts, and lead site inspections, trade shows, and sales strategy meetings. Excellent communication and public speaking are essential in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
