Job description
Omni Richmond Hotel is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead revenue generation through group guestroom and banquet event sales. You will work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and maximize top-line performance in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate has strong sales, proposal creation, and presentation skills, with experience in outbound solicitation, site inspections, and contract negotiations. Collaborative teamwork and travel as needed are required.
