Job description
Rod 'N' Reel Resort in Chesapeake Beach, MD seeks a Group Sales Manager to drive new group business and maintain strong client relationships. You will increase meeting, banquet, catering, and guest room revenue through proactive sales, account management, and community engagement.
Work closely with the Director of Sales and resort leadership to achieve revenue goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
