Stepful is seeking a Chief of Staff in NYC to act as a trusted advisor to the co-founders, owning cross-functional problems and guiding the leadership team with focus, speed, and clarity as the company scales. You will manage the rhythm of business, planning cadences, and leadership communications, while driving high-priority special projects.
