Job description
ITW Power Nailing, part of ITW's Construction Products, seeks a Business Development Director to accelerate organic growth in key market segments. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead the Business Development team to implement market penetration strategies and build strategic relationships with end users and partners.
You will establish disciplined opportunity management, contribute to sales excellence, and help shape cross-functional growth initiatives across the organization.
