Job description
The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Strategy Director in Rockville, MD to lead the Executive and Global Leadership Teams in developing USP’s overall strategy. The role focuses on fact-based analysis to set and communicate mission-aligned choices and sustain public health impact.
You will collaborate with the CEO, ET and GLT, guide deep dive projects, ensure rigorous research, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans across programs and regions.
