CIRCOR is seeking a senior sales leader to strategically guide Account Managers serving the U.S. Navy and defense portfolio from Tampa, FL. You will drive growth via platform expansion, win new opportunities, and displace competitors.
The role requires field leadership across a matrixed organization and strong executive communication. You will own forecasting, pipeline reviews, capture planning, and market intelligence, and set performance objectives for direct reports.
