Job description
Iron Fish Construction LLC is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead efforts in the North Carolina region. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing key client relationships to contribute to company growth.
The role requires at least 7-10 years of construction management experience and a strong background in the multifamily renovation sector. The Director will also oversee sales, bidding, and proposal processes while reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Construction.
