Job description
CAI is seeking a Director of Business Development for State Government to lead growth strategy and capture across the State Government division. This full-time remote role reports to the VP, Public Sector, and involves 15–20% travel for client meetings and events.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in public-sector sales, strong proposal leadership, and a deep understanding of NASPO/Sourcewell contracts, RFx cycles, and multi-year client engagement.
