Job description
CSL seeks a Senior Director, Strategy and Corporate Development to shape the company’s long-term strategic agenda. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, drive inorganic growth, and partner with ELT, R&D and enabling functions to translate ambition into actionable strategies and transactions.
You will also represent CSL at conferences, manage complex projects, and guide due diligence, financial modelling, and integration planning for high-impact transactions.
