Job description
Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner in Houston to drive net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team. You will educate agent communities, identify referral opportunities, and shepherd prospects toward closing positions within a high-performing team.
You will work with SGMs and team leaders to craft prospecting strategies, engage new and existing leads, and document activities in the CRM, while aiming for rapid growth and a defined training path to SGM.
