Job description
Lumicera is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to drive strategic growth and oversee proposal performance.
You will manage proposal processes, coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams, and optimize win rates and pricing strategies to strengthen Lumicera’s market position. This role leads end-to-end proposal development, analyzes performance data, and guides resource allocation for RFP responses.
