Job description
KOMU 8, the NBC affiliate serving the Columbia-Jefferson City market and owned by the University of Missouri, seeks a General Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across broadcast, streaming, CTV/OTT, digital, and sponsorships. The GSM will lead a sales team, set strategy, and build client partnerships to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline reviews, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration.
