Job description
Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Recruiting in Silicon Valley to lead talent acquisition for Sales, Customer Experience, and related operations. You will partner with C-suite leaders to align headcount with revenue goals, build durable pipelines, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters.
You will drive competency frameworks, leverage ATS data, and optimize interview processes to raise the hiring bar while maintaining a strong candidate experience and operating with autonomy.
