Job description
Verve Cloud, Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial strategy and operations in a lean, PE-backed environment. You will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting while partnering with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board to create value.
You will directly manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure, serving as a trusted partner to PE stakeholders and the Board while maintaining strong GAAP controls and proactive covenant management.
