Relatient is seeking a Head of Business Operations & Transformation to partner with the COO and leaders to translate strategy into priorities, measurable initiatives, and executable plans. This role connects operating performance to customer outcomes, recurring revenue, and scalable growth across multiple functions.
Responsibilities include building an operating model, governance, and KPI framework, leading transformation cadences, and improving lifecycle efficiency and ARR visibility.
