Job description
Winco, Inc. in Le Center, MN, is seeking a Director of Sales & Service to lead the Sales, Customer Service/Technical Support, and Marketing teams, reporting to the CEO.
This role drives revenue growth, expands distributor networks, and elevates aftermarket support with fast, high-integrity service. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing to meet customer specs, lead times, and warranty resolutions while building strong partner relationships with OEMs and dealers.
