WTW is seeking a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director in Short Hills, NJ to lead client engagements across employer health and group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life and disability. The role emphasizes communicating FAA concepts to drive action and improve plan performance.
You will collaborate with Client Service teams to guide cost and funding strategies, review analyses, and contribute to pricing, reserves and post-retirement concepts, while supporting new business.
